A screenshot gives us a picture of the technical issue you are experiencing. This information can be crucial in helping us to understand and better resolve the issue you are experiencing.
How to take a Screenshot:
On a PC:
fn + prt sc (located in the top right corner of your keyboard)
This function saves the image to your Clipboard. To view the image, open a program such as Paint or Word. You’ll have to paste the image into the program and save it accordingly. You can then upload your saved file.
On a Mac:
Command + shift + 3 to capture your entire screen
Command + Shift + 4 to select a portion of your screen by dragging the crosshairs across the selected portion
Your image will then be automatically saved to your desktop ready to be uploaded.
